I know every trail, every neighborhood, farm and public transport access from Bussum, Huizen and Blaricum to Laren and Hilversum. I'm also familiar with Naarden, LOVE Baarn, Hoorn, Haarlem, Amersfoot and Den Haag - where I have friends. I'm aware of the housing shortage, and will happily consider any availability within a 90-minute commute by public transportation to Amsterdam, where much of my work seems to be. I have an excellent rental history and personal references and I care for my space. I have a green thumb, love people, adore animals, art, am newly enthusiastic about golf, opera, and even the raindrops most complain about - there's serenity in gray days, too! Ik ben Felix (22) en tweedejaars student MediaMusic aan het ArtEZ Conservatorium, waar ik me ontwikkel tot film en mediacomponist. Binnen mijn eigen onderneming schrijf ik muziek voor verschillende projecten, zoals korte films, documentaires en af en toe games. Het lijkt me fijn om spontaner met vrienden af te spreken, samen iets te drinken of gewoon wat meer levendigheid om me heen te hebben. Enschede ken ik inmiddels al goed, maar ik sta er ook voor open om nieuwe plekken te ontdekken. Ook wil ik graag een bijbaan in Enschede vinden, wat een stuk makkelijker wordt als ik dichterbij woon. Naast mijn studie ben ik actief in het ArtEZ-voetbalteam. We spelen misschien in de laagste klasse, maar plezier en teamspirit staan voorop en een gelijkspel voelt soms al als een overwinning. Ook ga ik graag naar de sportschool, en is het als toekomstige huisgenoot altijd mogelijk om gratis mee te gaan op mijn abonnement. Als huisgenoot ben ik rustig, netjes en sociaal.
