Hello! I’m a 20 y.o. single student from Czech Republic, Prague, and I’m moving to Groningen in August to start my Bachelor studies in International and European Law. I’m looking for a room - ideally 10+ months rent, but I’m flexible. I have full financial support from my parents, when I move to the Netherlands (both higher income bankers - ca 50k gross annual income). Though I plan on finding a part-time job in Groningen. I can provide you references and recommendations from my previous employer and landlord. I’m a very tidy and organised person, I don’t smoke and don’t have any pets. I play the flute, but won’t be bringing it to the Netherlands. I’m very excited to meet my new roommates and spend some time with them. Cooking and baking is my comfort activity, so I’d be very happy to cook some delicious dinner that our household can enjoy together. We vinden het leuk om tijd door te brengen met vrienden maar we vinden een kalm huis ook belangrijk en houden we altijd rekening met onze buren. Naast onze studie hebben wij allebei een stabiele bijbaan. Rhiannon werkt in een Ierse pub en ik werk in het weekend bij conceptstore Voorlopig. We kunnen beiden inkomensbewijzen aanleveren en indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. We zijn verantwoordelijke huurders en gaan zorgvuldig om met onze woonruimte. Wij zouden idealiter rond juli/augustus willen verhuizen, willen ons beiden inschrijven op het adres en kunnen alle benodigde documenten snel aanleveren. Daarnaast roken we niet en hebben we geen huisdieren. Graag stellen wij ons verder persoonlijk aan u voor tijdens een bezichtiging.
