Hi there, I am looking for a room or a studio in Amsterdam starting in July or August, as my current rental contract is coming to an end at the beginning of August. I have lived in Amsterdam since September of 2025 and will be continuing into my second year of studying Human Geography and Urban Planning at the University of Amsterdam in September of this year. I took a year off from studying, during which I volunteered for 3 months at a yoga retreat center outside of Barcelona. After my volunteering experience, I moved back to Berlin, where I was working full-time as a receptionist at a boutique hotel. Hi! My name is Ileana and I'll start my Master's degree this September at the University of Twente in Enschede. I've lived in student dorms while completing my Bachelor's degree, so I'm very used to sharing spaces, having a cleaning schedule with multiple flatmates and just being a good communicator overall. I also have many hobbies, some of them being reading, traveling and playing volleyball. I like trying new things, so I recently started bouldering, which I really enjoy at the moment. I have a cat, which I love dearly and I take very good care of her. Her name is Duli and she is a very cuddly, clingy cat, so I would love to be able to continue to live with her in Enschede. I can fully take care of her and keep her just in my room in a shared flat, but if other flatmates want to meet her and pet her, they are obviously welcomed to do so.
