Beste lezer Mijn naam is Noes, ik ben 19 jaar oud en eerstejaars student Illustratie aan de Willem de Kooning Academie (WDKA) in Rotterdam. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een nette en rustige woonruimte, bij voorkeur dicht bij het centrum van de stad vanwege mijn studie. Mijn huidige huurcontract loopt af eind mei, dus ik ben op zoek naar een nieuwe plek vóór die datum. Ik heb eerder met huisgenoten samengewoond en weet goed hoe belangrijk het is om een prettige en respectvolle woonomgeving te hebben. Ik ben een georganiseerde en nette persoon, en ik hecht veel waarde aan een schone en verzorgde leefomgeving. Ik werk gemiddeld 15-20 uur per week bij een bakkerij. Om extra zekerheid te bieden kan mijn vader – die werkzaam is bij de ambassade – garant staan voor de huur. Mocht u hier meer informatie over willen, dan hoor ik dat uiteraard graag.
