Als referentie: mijn huidige huur bedraagt € 800 per maand, die ik altijd netjes en op tijd betaal. Alle benodigde documenten, zoals ID, salarisstroken, werkgeversverklaring, bankafschriften en een verhuurdersverklaring, kan ik volledig en direct aanleveren. In mijn vrije tijd kook ik graag, sport ik regelmatig en reis ik naar plekken met een rijke eet- en cultuurtraditie. Ik ben rustig, netjes en hecht veel waarde aan een stabiele woonomgeving.
