We are a quiet, respectful, and tidy couple with no pets or smokers. We have a clean and unbroken history of paying rent on time, and we take genuine pride in looking after the spaces we live in. As someone who has lived away from home throughout my undergraduate studies and has pet-sat for families internationally, I am well accustomed to managing a household independently and responsibly. We intend to stay for the full duration of my Master's program (one year), and are committed to being communicative, straightforward tenants.
