Ik studeer aan de HAN, waar ik de opleiding International Business volg. Ik heb een jaar in Arnhem gewoond in het Helix SSH-gebouw en had daar een contract voor een jaar. In mijn tweede jaar deelde ik een appartement met twee andere huurders, dus ik heb ervaring met samenwonen met een paar mensen. Indien nodig kan ik een referentie van hen als verhuurder overleggen. Mijn financiële garantstellers zijn mijn ouders, dus ik kan hun financiële garantiedocumenten overleggen. Hun gemiddelde netto-inkomen over de afgelopen 3 maanden is 5037 euro. Vanaf september 2026 zit ik in mijn laatste bachelorjaar en vanaf dan ga ik ook op zoek naar een baan. We kunnen beiden inkomensbewijzen aanleveren en indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. We zijn verantwoordelijke huurders en gaan zorgvuldig om met onze woonruimte. Wij zouden idealiter rond juli/augustus willen verhuizen, willen ons beiden inschrijven op het adres en kunnen alle benodigde documenten snel aanleveren. I’m a Brazilian-Italian Master’s student in Global Political Economy at Leiden University, and I’d say I’m the kind of person who quietly improves the atmosphere of a home.
