En daar sta je dan... met mijn huurster afgesproken dat ik tot November kon blijven in haar appartement, maar binnen de eerste maand belde ze al op dat ze terugkwam van haar vakantie. M.a.w. ik moet nu voor 15 mei een nieuw onderkomen hebben geregeld. Dit is uiteraard niet prettig als je net gescheiden bent en je ex in je huis woont. M.a.w. best wel spoed met mijn zoektocht. Daarnaast heb ik een eigen bedrijf dat momenteel erg goed loopt, dus ook veel werk met zich meebrengt. Wel leuk werk overigens. Alleen door deze onverwachte wending moet ik nu ineens alles neerleggen om dit op te lossen. Ik heb eerder op woningen gepast en zie een tijdelijk appartement dan ook echt als eigendom van de ander en ben daar zeer voorzichtig mee en onderhoud het goed. Hello! I'm a self-employed multidisciplinary creative professional (photographer/creative director/media background) who relocated to the Netherlands from the U.S. in February. I have a valid visa & residence permit, a business registered with the KvK, a growing network of Dutch friends and a sense of community, having previously spent extended stays in the NL twice in two years. This time, my move is permanent. I have never felt more at home than I do with my feet in the ground in the Netherlands. I am in LOVE with Het Gooi region, where I'm and am temporarily staying. I know every trail, every neighborhood, farm and public transport access from Bussum, Huizen and Blaricum to Laren and Hilversum. I'm also familiar with Naarden, LOVE Baarn, Hoorn, Haarlem, Amersfoot and Den Haag - where I have friends. I'm aware of the housing shortage, and will happily consider any availability within a 90-minute commute by public transportation to Amsterdam, where much of my work seems to be. I have an excellent rental history and personal references and I care for my space. I have a green thumb, love people, adore animals, art, am newly enthusiastic about golf, opera, and even the raindrops most complain about - there's serenity in gray days, too!
