Goedendag, My name is Hannes, I am 23 years old and originally from Stuttgart, Germany. I am currently living and studying in Munich, where I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at LMU Munich. From August onwards, I will be starting my Master’s programme in European Studies at Maastricht University. I am therefore looking for accommodation in Maastricht for one year. My studies officially start on 24 August. Therefore, I would like to move in by the 1st of August. Additionally, I am very flexible regarding the move-in date and would also be able to move in earlier if that is more convenient. I would describe myself as tidy, reliable and sociable, but also very attentive to other people’s needs and routines. I do not smoke and I do not have any pets. For the past four years, I have been living in the same shared apartment in Munich, paying around €800 per month, and there have never been any problems with rent payments or the tenancy. I am used to living independently, keeping my living space tidy and being considerate of the people around me. Financially, I am stable and never had any problems. I have been working alongside my studies for around four years, mainly in the field of European affairs and research institutions, and my parents would also be able to act as guarantors if needed. I would be very happy to arrange an online viewing. If necessary, I would also be willing to come to Maastricht for a viewing in person.
