Door een noodsituatie ben ik en mijn 18-jarige dochter op zoek naar een woning vanaf september een woning in Utrecht of omgeving. Ik heb geen probleem om vanaf 1 september te betalen, ook zouden we pas op 9 september verhuizen. We zullen de woning zeker tot eind van het schooljaar nodig hebben, misschien langer (we horen komende week wanneer we weer terug kunnen naar onze definitieve woonplek) en vooruitbetalingen en borg zijn ook geen probleem.
