I am seeking a comfortable and quiet place to live and am looking to secure a tenancy, preferably with an indefinite contract period. I will be occupying the property alone and we are ready to rent it immediately. As I am a full-time student, my father will be acting as my financial guarantor to ensure that the rent and all expenses are always paid reliably and on time. His monthly income is 7000-7500 Euro. We are Kinga and Michał. We have been living and working as veterinarians in the Netherlands since March 2025 – previously in Groningen, and now in Amsterdam. We were employed by the same veterinary clinic for the past year, and now both of us are starting positions at two independent veterinary hospitals in Amsterdam. Our contracts run until June 2027. Our combined gross monthly income is €7 554 and we will be happy to provide our payslips from the last three months. For the past year, we have been renting an apartment in Delfzijl.
