I just finished my MSc in International Financial Management at the University of Groningen, and I'm now in the transition from studies into my first proper job in finance and analytics. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik zoek een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei

Hallo, ik ben Simon en in juni rond ik mijn opleiding Automotive Engineering af in Arnhem, waar ik ook een tijdje op kamers heb gewoond. Ik begin in september met de (pre-)master Industrial Design aan de UT en ben op zoek naar een kamer om volledig in het studentenleven in Enschede te duiken! Hai, ik ben Nathalie (18 jaar), ik kom uit Deventer en ga in september bewegingswetenschappen studeren in Groningen. Ik houd van hockey, reizen, een gezellig feestje, werken in de horeca, spelletjes en soms lekker op de bank zitten en een serie kijken. Afgelopen jaar heb ik een tussenjaar gehad. Ik heb de afgelopen tijd dan ook veel gewerkt en gereisd. Ik ben naar Malaga geweest (5 weken) en naar Zuid-Afrika, Eswatini en Mozambique (2,5 maand). Ik vond het dan ook heerlijk om even een jaartje rust te hebben van school/studie, maar heb nu ook wel mega veel zin in het studentenleven! Ik heb een zus die nu ook al wat jaartjes in Groningen studeert, en door haar verhalen kijk ik er ook heel erg naar uit om in Groningen te studeren en wonen! Ik ben dan ook niet helemaal onbekend met de stad. Het lijkt me leuk om in een gezellig studentenhuis te wonen en samen leuke dingen te doen (koken, spelletjes, uitgaan of gewoon lekker kletsen :)).
