Hoi! Ik ben Luuk, 21 jaar en ik ga in september mijn tweede jaar in van de opleiding AI & Data Science aan Fontys in Eindhoven. Omdat ik graag dichter bij mijn studie wil wonen, ben ik op zoek naar een fijne plek in Eindhoven waar ik voor langere tijd kan wonen. Mijn voorkeur gaat uit naar een studio of een eigen woonruimte, zodat ik een rustige plek voor mezelf heb. Ik sta daarnaast ook open voor een woning met rustige en nette huisgenoten, zolang er een prettige en ontspannen sfeer is. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag, spreek ik af met vrienden en ben ik veel bezig met mijn studie en persoonlijke projecten. Ik ben sociaal, maar vind het ook prettig om mijn eigen ruimte en rust te hebben. Ik vind het belangrijk om een woning netjes te houden en goed rekening te houden met anderen. Financieel zit ik stabiel. De huur kan maandelijks goed worden voldaan en mijn ouders staan daarnaast garant voor de huur. Hierdoor is er ook vanuit die kant financiële zekerheid.
