Tisha studeert aan de universiteit van Amsterdam en Joey studeert rechtsgeleerdheid aan de universiteit van Utrecht. Naast het studeren werken wij ook. Wij werken allebei ongeveer 20 uur in de week. Wij kijken erna uit om berichten van eventuele verhuurders te ontvangen!

I am Carmen, 29, originally from Austria and currently, I work as Marketing Manager at a Sales company in Houthaven (and loving it!) Initially, I moved here to study, but, eventually, I fell in love with the Netherlands and decided to stay 🤍 Where do I live now and why am I moving? Currently, I live in an apartment in Nieuw-West with one roommate, however, my rental contract was only one year, so now is the time for me to look for a new place I can call home. When am I moving? I am looking for a room from June onward but I am flexible and can also move in sooner! Am I tidy? I am Austrian, I think being organized and tidy is in our DNA 😄 But seriously, I think when sharing your living space it's important to clean up after yourself and just be considerate of one another (and have open communication!) Who else am I bringing? No one! It's just me and my 3 plants (but they are barely hanging on for dear life… so we'll see if they make it) BUT I am always buying fresh flowers (see picture as a reference 🌸) What do I do when I am not working? Generally, I am a quite quiet and relaxed person. Since my job is very demanding, I am usually tired when I get home. However, I am always up for a chat :) Weekends I either spend with friends at a nice brunch spot, go to a museum, the gym, or a nice walk, or just relax with a nice book. Am I a party girl? On a good day, I barely make it to 11.00 pm before I hit the bed 😴 but then again, if you wanna have a glass of wine in the kitchen and talk about life...say less 🍷 Some other things you should know? I don't have any pets, I don't smoke and I would like to rent a room for at least 1 year, but preferably longer if that's possible. Ik speel in 2 bands, TAPE TOY & Indian Askin, dat is voornamelijk mijn werk. Daarnaast werk ik op productieklussen (muziek) en doe ik veel sessie-werk als drummer. Ik beoefen en bespeel mijn instrument niet thuis! Daarvoor heb ik een studio in Amsterdam Noord. Naast mijn werk en muziek ga ik er graag op uit en zoek graag gezelligheid op. Mijn werktijden zijn vrij onregelmatig. Daardoor ben ik ook vaak overdag thuis. Ik vind het fijn om onder de mensen te zijn, daarom vind ik het geen probleem om een woning met huisgenoten te delen maar woon ik ook graag op mijzelf.
