For the past 4 years we have been living together in Maastricht during our bachelors, in the meanwhile, we also worked part-time to not weigh on our parents, which, are still happy to help us whenever needed. Now we are looking to move to the area of Leiden to continue further our studies with Master's, which I'm starting in February 2027, while Daphne is starting September 2027. Our main guarantor is Daphne father, who's self employed as a tiler and has over a decade of activity. His annual income is of 100,000€. We believe we would perfect low effort tenant, and we even have the recommendation letter from our current landlord.
