First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around 2100€ monthly and 24K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 18 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. If you have any doubts, I can explain the full work situation in detail. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. Wij zijn Joris en Meike. We zijn allebei opgegroeid in Deventer en wonen mmenteel in Maastricht, waar we allebei hebben gestudeerd. Omdat we graag weer dichter richting ‘huis’ willen wonen, willen we naar Nijmegen verhuizen. Joris gaat na de zomer zeer waarschijnlijk fulltime voor de overheid werken in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Ik werk momenteel bij het Openbaar Ministerie en start binnenkort met mijn master aan de universiteit in Nijmegen. Omdat we beiden veel met het openbaar vervoer reizen, gaat onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een appartement op loopafstand van een station. Wij zijn allebei netjes, rustig en handig. We wonen inmiddels ruim drie jaar in ons appartement in Maastricht en hebben in die tijd nooit hulp van onze huisbaas hoeven vragen, bijvoorbeeld voor reparaties of onderhoud. Wij zoeken dan ook een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen die we ons thuis kunnen noemen.
