A little about me: I am a 28 year old law school student currently studying at Tilburg University. I come from New York City, America but decided to study in the Netherlands to be closer to my long-term girlfriend. In my free time I like to play video games, read, and take pictures. I also spend alot of my time working on school and studying the Dutch language. I recently also started a new job. I have been living on my own for 10 years, I take great pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and respectful living environment, and I believe in treating any property I occupy with the utmost care. I have a stable income supported by my parents who are fully capable of meeting the financial requirements of most apartments. They have been supporting me for the last few years, and will continue to do so. I would love to continue living in the Netherlands and finish my study. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (22 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen.Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik per september of eerder een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. I am a Computer Science student from the Technical University of Łódź - Poland, on an exchange to UT for a semester from 02.2026 to 07.2026.
