Mijn naam is Claudice van de Kemp, 24 jaar. Ik ben deze maand afgestudeerd als logopedist aan de Hogeschool Utrecht. Vanaf september ga ik werken als logopedist op basisscholen in Utrecht, en daarom ben ik op zoek naar woonruimte daar. Momenteel woon ik bij mijn ouders in Voorthuizen, waardoor het reizen best ver is. In mijn vrije tijd houd ik van creatieve hobby’s zoals haken, tekenen en lezen. In mijn vrije tijd studeer ik ook, omdat ik weinig vrije tijd heb. Daarom zoek ik een rustige plek voor mezelf. Ik ben 24 jaar oud en woon al 4 jaar in Nederland. Ik heb geen slechte gewoontes (ik rook niet en drink niet). Ik spreek Engels, Nederlands, Turks, Russisch, enzovoort.

Vorig jaar ben ik afgestudeerd en sinds september volg ik een Data & Analytics traineeship bij De Goudse Verzekeringen in Gouda. Besides that I have been receiving financial supplements from DUO. I consider myself a homebody and value my peace and quiet so parties and loud gatherings are out of the picture. I like making my living space feel cozy and lively, so I try my best to maintain a tidy place. Something we'd like to mention is due to allergies I can't own any pets or ever plan on pet sitting one, which seems to be a plus when it comes to renting! Hi, I am Rafael, 43 years old, originally from Brazil, and I have been living in Groningen for the past 7 years. I came to the Netherlands to do my PhD in artificial intelligence, and for the past 3 years I have been working as a Lecturer in AI at the University of Groningen. Starting in June, I will begin a new position at Leiden University as a Lecturer in the Computer Science department. I am looking for a temporary place in Leiden for up to six months, where I can stay three to four nights per week while I get to know the city better and search for a permanent place. I am calm, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and I do not smoke. I am also married, and in Groningen I currently host a student in one of the rooms in my house. Because of that, I know how important it is to live in a way that is considerate, relaxed, and pleasant for everyone in the home. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, playing table tennis, and going for walks in the park. I like having a friendly chat, but I also value quiet time and personal space. I also like pets and am very comfortable living with them, as I used to have a dog at home.

Omdat ik vanaf september weer een deeltijdstudie ga volgen zoek een kamer. De afgelopen 5 jaar heb ik in Rotterdam in een studio gewoond, maar om kosten te besparen en meer gezelligheid om me heen te hebben, zoek ik nu naar een kamer. Mijn weekenden zijn rustig en ik rook en drink niet. In mijn vrije tijd onderneem ik graag culturele activiteiten en vind ik het leuk om nieuwe dingen te leren. Verder ben ik rustig, maar sociaal.

Hee, ik ben Joep(22), masterstudent en ben dit jaar begonnen aan de ME master high tech track. Mijn dagelijks leven laat zich het best omschrijven als “go with the flow”. Staat er wind, dan ga ik windsurfen; ligt er sneeuw, dan sta ik op ski’s of een snowboard; schijnt de zon, dan ga ik hardlopen, hockeyen of chillen bij Plankenkoorts; en bij slecht weer ben ik vaak in de boulderhal te vinden. En ja—als er een deadline is, duik ik ook de boeken in. Op dit moment ben ik opnieuw op zoek naar een kamer, omdat mijn huisbaas heeft besloten over te stappen van studenten naar gezinnen. Voor mijn huidige kamer heb ik al op twee andere plekken gewoont, dus samenwonen is voor mij niets nieuws. Ik kook graag en heb ervaring met vegetarisch en glutenvrij eten—ik heb dus al de nodige recepten paraat. Zelf eet ik alles wat de pot schaft.
