Door een noodsituatie ben ik en mijn 18-jarige dochter op zoek naar een woning vanaf augustus een woning in Utrecht. Ik heb geen probleem om vanaf 1 augustus te betalen, ook zouden we pas op 8 augustus verhuizen. We zullen de woning zeker 3 tot 4 maanden nodig hebben, misschien langer (we horen komende week wanneer we weer terug kunnen naar onze definitieve woonplek) en vooruitbetalingen en borg zijn ook geen probleem.
