Mijn naam is Jenneke, 24 jaar en werkzaam als onderzoeksmedewerker bij Parnassia. Sinds mijn studententijd woon ik weer bij mijn ouders, maar ik zou graag een zelfstandige woning hebben in de buurt van mijn werk (Den Haag). Ik ben daarom op zoek naar een zelfstandige kamer/woning. Badkamer en toilet delen zou ik mee akkoord gaan, maar het liefst heb ik wel een eigen keuken. Ik heb in mijn studententijd een periode zelfstandig en een periode met huisgenoten gewoond. Ik verzorg mijn woonruimte goed, waardoor ik door mijn medestudenten zelfs vaak huisvrouw werd genoemd. Ik ben behulpzaam en houd altijd rekening met de buren. Verder heb ik een stabiel inkomen, waardoor ik de huur betrouwbaar kan betalen. In mijn vrije tijd geniet ik van een wandeling in de natuur, het lezen van een goed boek of handwerken (van het maken van een tafel, tot het maken van eigen kleren). Heeyyy! Ik ben Inés en ik ben 18 jaar. Ik zit nu in mijn examenjaar en ik wil komend schooljaar industrieel ontwerpen studeren in Delft. Ik hou erg van tekenen, dansen en andere creatieve dingen. Ook vind ik het leuk om gezellige dingen te doen met vrienden of naar een feestje te gaan!

I am Marjane. I live in Lyon, France and I am preparing for a French/British Baccalaureate with biology and social and economic sciences as my main subjects. I want to study psychology because I’m interested in human behaviors. Later on, I want to mix psychology with cognitive sciences or move to Neuro-psychology. Psychology and biology are my main interests! Outside work I like climbing, volleyball and cycling. Climbing is very much part of our family culture, we often go on climbing holidays with my parents and my brother in the cliffs near Lyon or in the Alps. I cycle to college every day. I also play trumpet in a brass Orchestra. It’s quite fun and a good way to meet nice people. We moved to Lyon when I was 11. Before that we were living in Southampton, UK. It was very cosmopolitan, I grew up with kids from Italy, Latin America, India, Poland etc... This is why I am very excited to study in Leiden to experience this cultural diversity that I enjoyed so much as a kid. Being the eldest sibling in a family with two children, taking care of others has always been a pleasure. That is also why I take care of young children monthly with a scout non-profit organisation.
