Mijn naam is Ammar, ik ben 19 jaar oud en vanaf 31 augustus start ik met de studie Farmacie aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een fijne woonruimte waar ik mij volledig kan richten op mijn studie. Momenteel woon ik nog bij mijn ouders in Rotterdam, maar vanwege de lange reisafstand wil ik graag naar Groningen verhuizen. Ik ben een rustige, zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke huurder. Netheid en respect voor de woonomgeving vind ik erg belangrijk. Ik zorg ervoor dat mijn kamer en de gezamenlijke ruimtes altijd schoon en opgeruimd zijn en houd rekening met mijn buren en eventuele huisgenoten. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag en besteed ik veel tijd aan mijn studie. Ik rook niet en ben geen feestganger. Ik ben vriendelijk, sociaal en gemakkelijk in de omgang, maar waardeer ook een rustige woonomgeving waar iedereen zich prettig voelt. Ik ben op zoek naar een woonruimte voor de duur van mijn studie en hoop daarom een betrouwbare huurder voor de langere termijn te zijn. Omdat ik in Rotterdam woon, is het soms lastig om op korte termijn een bezichtiging bij te wonen. Mocht er serieuze interesse zijn om de woning aan mij te verhuren, dan kom ik uiteraard graag naar Groningen voor een bezichtiging en het ondertekenen van de huurovereenkomst. Ik hoop dat mijn profiel u aanspreekt en ik kijk ernaar uit om kennis te maken.

Ik zoek een woonruimte in de buurt van Utrecht omdat ik in in September start met de studie psychologie aan de Universiteit van Utrecht. Ik hou van creatief bezig zijn (schilderen, haken, tekenen, echt van alles eigenlijk!) en ik hou van in de natuur zijn.
