Hi, I’m Patricia, 25. I’m an art student and I work part time at the Moco Museum. I’ve lived in Amsterdam for five years now, I’m originally from Finland and moved here for studies, but after graduating from the university with a bachelors in Media and Culture two years ago I was still so in love with this city I decided to stay indefinitely and now I just started studying again at the Rietveld Art academy. In my free time I enjoy going for runs and walks, making art (I mainly draw and do digital art), cooking elaborate meals and watching good movies. I like to be out of the house quite a bit and have a busy schedule with work and school, so as a flatmate I can be absent quite a lot during the day (that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t like to get to know and possibly become friends the person I live with!). Afgelopen september ben ik begonnen met de studie bachelor BIT aan de UT. Ik heb nu een kamer op de campus in onderhuur. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een kamer in een huis met een gezellige sfeer, waar zowel tijd is voor studeren als iets samendoen of te praten. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik meestal actief bezig. Ik hockey bij de H1 van DHC op de campus. Ik ben ook betrokken bij de eerste jaar commissie van DHC en organiseer het team- weekend met een paar andere teamgenoten. Daarnaast vind ik het ook leuk om met vrienden af te spreken om samen iets te drinken, film te kijken of een spelletje te spelen. Als huisgenoot ben ik sociaal, netjes en altijd in voor een praatje of een activiteit bijvoorbeeld een huisavond of huisweekend en een gezamenlijke maaltijd. Ik maak regelmatig avondeten voor mijn huis. De laatste tijd heb ik veel gekookt, omdat ik eerder klaar was met mijn tentamens dan de andere huisgenoten. I’m Vendelín, I come from the town of Olomouc in the Czech Republic. I've been studying Molecular Life Sciences in Utrecht for a year now. I am a big plant biology and generally natural science fan, and so I enjoy my studies quite a bit.
