Ik ben geboren in Alkmaar en opgegroeid in Bergen. 2,5 jaar geleden verhuisde ik terug naar Alkmaar en inmiddels heb ik mijn hart aan de stad verloren. Ik hou van de combinatie van de stad en de natuur: een wandeling door de duinen, even naar het strand, over de markt struinen of een speciaalbiertje drinken bij De Boom. Doordeweeks werk ik in de marketing bij een bakkerschool in Zaandam. In mijn vrije tijd wandel, kook en teken ik graag. Om meer betrokken te zijn bij de stad werk ik sinds 2 jaar als vrijwilliger mee aan het magazine van de 8 October Vereniging. Ik ben rustig, netjes en vind het belangrijk om goed voor mijn woonplek te zorgen. Helaas moet ik mijn huidige woning vanwege de gemeente verlaten, waardoor ik nu op zoek ben naar een nieuwe plek in Alkmaar. Een aanbeveling van mijn huidige verhuurder kan ik uiteraard geven.

Hoi! Ik ben Teun, 18 jaar en ik begin na de zomervakantie met de opleiding Bedrijfskunde aan de Hanzehogeschool in Groningen. Hiervoor ben ik op zoek naar een kamer waar ik me tijdens mijn studententijd echt thuis kan voelen. Ik ben een sociaal, rustig en verantwoordelijk persoon. Thuis ben ik gewend om met anderen onder één dak te wonen, aangezien ik broers en een zusje heb. Ik weet dus hoe belangrijk het is om rekening met elkaar te houden, afspraken na te komen en ook elkaars rust en privacy te respecteren. Daarnaast werk ik als schoonmaker bij het Martini Ziekenhuis. Netheid en hygiëne zijn voor mij daardoor niet alleen thuis belangrijk, maar ook iets waar ik in mijn werk dagelijks mee bezig ben. Ik ga zorgvuldig om met spullen en vind het vanzelfsprekend om gezamenlijke ruimtes netjes en opgeruimd achter te laten. Buiten mijn studie voetbal ik graag, ben ik regelmatig in de sportschool te vinden en spreek ik graag af met vrienden. Met huisgenoten vind ik het leuk om af en toe een praatje te maken of iets gezelligs te doen, zoals samen eten of iets ondernemen, maar ik vind het ook prima als iedereen gewoon zijn eigen ding doet. Ik hoop een gezellig studentenhuis te vinden waar een goede sfeer hangt, iedereen rekening met elkaar houdt en waar ik voor langere tijd met plezier kan wonen. Ik kijk ernaar uit om kennis te maken!

Hoi! Ik ben Ishara, 22 jaar oud, en momenteel bezig met afstuderen in Toegepaste Psychologie. Vanaf september start ik aan een nieuwe bachelor Psychologie aan de Radboud University. Sinds mijn 18e woon ik al op kamers in Nijmegen en inmiddels heb ik hier echt mijn eigen leven opgebouwd. Op dit moment woon ik in een studentenhuis met een vrij zelfstandige kamer (eigen keuken en ongeveer 30m²), maar ik merk dat ik nu toe ben aan een volgende stap: een eigen studio of appartement waar ik wat meer rust en mijn eigen ritme kan hebben. Ik ben erg zelfstandig, rustig en netjes. Ik hou van een schoon huis en ben eerlijk gezegd een beetje een stress-schoonmaker, er gaat dus wekelijks wel een doekje over alles heen en de stofzuiger wordt regelmatig gebruikt 😄. Ik ga niet vaak uit, organiseer geen feestjes en ga respectvol om met mijn woonomgeving. Natuurlijk heb ik soms vrienden of familie over de vloer, maar verder leef ik vrij rustig. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van lezen, spelletjes spelen, samen eten met vrienden en gewoon gezelligheid opzoeken. Ik zoek vooral een fijne plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen. Omdat ik volledig op mezelf ga wonen, vind ik het ook belangrijk om goed en open contact te hebben met een huisbaas/verhuurder en duidelijke communicatie te hebben met elkaar. Ik hoop een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen te vinden waar ik voor langere tijd met plezier kan wonen!
