Momenteel woon ik in Den Haag, maar samen met mijn goede vriendin en klasgenoot Rhiannon (19) ben ik op zoek naar een woning in Rotterdam, zodat wij dichter bij onze opleiding kunnen wonen en ons daar voor langere tijd kunnen vestigen. Rhiannon komt oorspronkelijk uit Ierland en woont inmiddels al een jaar zelfstandig in Rotterdam. We zijn netjes, georganiseerd en hechten veel waarde aan een rustige leefomgeving. We vinden het leuk om tijd door te brengen met vrienden maar we vinden een kalm huis ook belangrijk en houden we altijd rekening met onze buren. Naast onze studie hebben wij allebei een stabiele bijbaan. Rhiannon werkt in een Ierse pub en ik werk in het weekend bij conceptstore Voorlopig. We kunnen beiden inkomensbewijzen aanleveren en indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. We zijn verantwoordelijke huurders en gaan zorgvuldig om met onze woonruimte. Wij zouden idealiter rond juli/augustus willen verhuizen, willen ons beiden inschrijven op het adres en kunnen alle benodigde documenten snel aanleveren. Daarnaast roken we niet en hebben we geen huisdieren. Graag stellen wij ons verder persoonlijk aan u voor tijdens een bezichtiging.

Ik begin in september dit jaar aan de opleiding Public Administration aan De Haagse Hogeschool en ben op zoek naar een leuke en gezellige woongroep in of rond Den Haag. Ik hoop eind juli of begin augustus al te kunnen verhuizen. Ik kook graag en goed, vind het leuk om samen te eten of een drankje te doen, en ben altijd in voor een gezellig avondje. Tegelijkertijd vind ik het ook fijn om af en toe wat tijd voor mezelf te hebben en hecht ik waarde aan privacy en rust.

I am a friendly and positive woman from the Northen part of Europe and Im looking for a home due to upcoming relocation to The Netherlands. I currently work for a large multi national company and am relocating from an office in Sweden to one of our offices in Leiden. My general rule is, I dont do drugs but I dont put my nose in what other people do. When not working I enjoy spending my time at home or walking around with my photographic camera. Im an avid amatour photographer and shoot both in digital and on film. As I am a computer nerd by nature I prefer spending the time at home tinkering with my computers and doing online activities. Next to that I like to spend the evenings watching films or series or reading a good book. When it comes to my home Im very protective of it and I have the need to keep everything in order. While not a party type of any sort I do understand the value of inviting people to the home for some fun but generally I prefer meeting people out on the town so during weekends I might prefer to spend the whole day in one of Europes big cities for some fun. Dit jaar heb ik mijn mbo-opleiding Marketing & Communicatie in Sneek afgerond en ik heb me ingeschreven voor Commerciële Economie aan de Hanze in Groningen. Daarom lijkt het me ook superleuk om in Groningen te gaan wonen. Ik hockey in Leeuwarden en volgend seizoen wil ik graag in Groningen gaan hockeyen.
