Hi, I'm Caitlin, 28 years old, and originally from New York City. I'm currently a master's student in an Erasmus programme for urban planning. I'm coming to the Netherlands for my last semester to write my thesis at Erasmus University Rotterdam. I'm generally quiet, clean, and keep to myself. My hobbies are knitting, drawing, reading, and going on walks. I plan on occupying the home by myself. Although I am not currently working, I have sufficient funds, as I have worked for over 10 years before my master's programme and have been supporting myself throughout my studies. I can provide a bank statement to show proof of funds, or a guarantor if needed. I am looking for a studio for 6-12 months (minimum) with an option to renew the lease.

I am an Italian that moved abrad 5 yers ago to pursue my studies at the University of Twente. 2 years ago I graduated and now want to move to a different city since and started working already during my studies and I accumulated enough capital. I have a full time job as team lead in a software company, I am passionate about cooking, music, climbing and economics. I have spent the past 5 years living in shared houses so I am very organized and used to common spaces care. I like to cook and spend time with the housemates when possible.
