Hallo! Ik ben Tristan en ik ben bezig met mijn 3de jaar Technical Computer Science aan de UT. Ook al ben ik een echte computer nerd, lijkt het me toch gezellig om met een aantal anderen samen te wonen. Tot nu toe heb ik genoten van het OV elke dag, maar daar ben ik onderhand wel een beetje klaar mee, dus ben ik op zoek naar een leuke kamer in Enschede. Ik zelf ben vooral een rustige jongen, en daarom ben ik ook op zoek naar een rustig huis met niet al te veel leden, maar daarnaast vindt ik het af en toe ook gezellig om wat samen met het huis te doen. Ik speel zelf nu al een aantal jaar gitaar (wat af en toe door het huis te horen kan zijn) en muziek is daardoor een belangrijk onderdeel geworden van mijn leven. Ik zal voor Kirill graag als garantsteller optreden. Ik ben graag bereid mijn inkomensdocumenten op te sturen die aantonen dat wij over voldoende middelen beschikken om de huur te betalen. Mijn totaal bruto maandinkomen bedraagt (omgerekend) ca. EUR 6000 incl. inkomsten van beleggingen en het verhuren van twee appartementen. Om extra zekerheid te bieden bij de beoordeling van de aanvraag kan ik ook de documenten aanleveren van een garantsteller in Nederland, een directeur met een hoog salaris, die bereid is haar inkomensdocumenten in te sturen.
