My name is Matti. I am a 21 years old student from Germany and currently looking for a room or apartment in Groningen for myself. I have to move out of the apartment I have lived in for the past year because my landlords are selling the property. This summer, I am starting the second year of my Product Design studies, so I am already very familiar with the city and enjoy living here. Alongside my full-time studies, I work around 15 hours per week at a restaurant. Combined with my DUO student finance and financial support from my parents, I have a stable monthly income of approximately €1,400–€1,600. In my free time, I enjoy running, cycling, and weightlifting. I am a tidy, responsible, and easy-going person who gets along well with others. I always treat the places I live in with care and respect, and I am looking for a place where I can comfortably stay to continue my studies. First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around €2400 monthly and €29k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully independent space is a goal of mine, it would be a great improvement to my current living conditions and open up new opportunities.
