Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around 2400€ monthly and 30k€ annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 18 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is 100% firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. Hello! I am Maria, 25 years old from Greece and I am looking for either a room or a studio in Amsterdam for long term maximum 20 minutes biking to the city centre. I am very clean and responsible as I have experience living with other people for the last 5 years in different countries, thus I am very adaptable and easygoing. I don't look much in a room as long as I have my own space. I work in the city centre 4 days a week and the other 3 I make sure to hang out with friends and do activities outside of the house. I love going to the cinema, biking/walking around the city, exploring new places to drink or eat. Ideally it'd be great to do activities with my future flatmates too but it's not exclusive as I understand everyone has their own routine.
