I study Global Communication Science at the UvA and work at Hotel Okura Amsterdam—as a waitress in the banqueting department and as a hostess at the Ciel Bleu restaurant. Hi! We’re Alisa and Tim 😊 We’ve been together for about three years and have been living together in Amsterdam. We had our own apartment there, so we’re used to taking care of everything ourselves and just being easy, reliable tenants. A bit about us, Alisa is German and Thai, and Tim is Dutch and grew up in South Africa. Alisa is currently finishing her internship and will start a Master’s in Literature in Leiden in September. Tim studies Business in Utrecht and works as a shift leader in a restaurant. At home we’re very relaxed and enjoy the simple things. We like cooking together, watching films, reading, and just having quiet evenings. On weekends we usually go for walks, explore a bit, or find a nice café. We like having a calm, comfortable place to come home to. We don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and we treat a place with care. Hello possible roommate or landlord! My name is Stijn and I am about to study Humane Neurosciences this year at the university of Radboud. I have already studied Mechanical Engineering for 3 years at TU Delft, but I would like to learn more about the integration between humans and machines. Besides my studies I commonly enjoy cooking, board games, reading and writing, discussions about all types of things and archery. I am still new to Nijmegen so I cannot really state my routine but I do want to join a chill association, practice archery and a form of tai chi, work in the healthcare industry and do my studies of course! Ik ga van 1 feb - 1 jul 2026 mijn minor Forensic Chemistry doen aan de Avans in Breda, dus zoek ik een tijdelijke kamer! Op het moment woon ik op kamers in Enschede waar ik nu anderhalf jaar woon. Ik vind het altijd gezellig om samen met huisgenoten te eten en te koken, en om af en toe spontaan gezellig een spelletje en/of een drankje te doen. Ook sport ik veel op het moment, ik tennis, zwem en hardloop regelmatig en zou het dan ook leuk vinden als ik tijdelijk bij een sportclub in de buurt terecht zou kunnen! Hoi! Ik ben Amy, 18 jaar, en ik heb bijna mijn eerste jaar van de bachelor Wiskunde aan de Radboud Universiteit afgerond. Ik kom zelf uit Apeldoorn, maar na een jaar veel op en neer reizen lijkt het me heel fijn om echt in Nijmegen te wonen en meer mee te krijgen van het studentenleven. Volgend jaar wil ik ook actiever worden bij mijn studievereniging, dus een gezellig huis in Nijmegen lijkt me perfect. In mijn vrije tijd houd van afspreken met vrienden, maar mijn relax-tijd is ook heel belangrijk voor mij, dit spendeer ik vaak door te lezen of films te kijlen. Mensen zouden mij omschrijven als rustig, gezellig en opgeruimd. Ik sta altijd open voor een praatje en ik houd van een filmavondje, spelletjes doen of samen een drankje drinken. Daarnaast ben ik netjes (schoonmaken is voor mij geen probleem, schoon huis = fijn huis), houd ik rekening met anderen en vind ik het belangrijk dat iedereen zich thuis voelt in huis.
