Hi! My name is Stefania, I’m 36 and I’m a visual artist from Greece. I studied Fine Arts in Greece and I’m moving to the Netherlands at the end of August. I’m planning to start my Master’s in Fine Arts in 2027, so I decided to move one year earlier. I want to have some time to settle in, get used to living in the Netherlands and work and save some money before I start my studies. I’m looking for a place where I can stay long-term and feel at home. I’m clean and organized and I’ve shared apartments before, both in Greece and abroad. I’m quite social and friendly, but I also like having my own space and I respect other people’s space too. I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets. I have my own income in Greece and I’m also planning to work in the Netherlands. I can provide financial documents and I also have a guarantor if needed. Hi, I'm an ERASMUS student coming to Utrecht to study at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences this end of August and I'm looking for a place to stay during my 5 month exchange period. Ideally, I'd like a place that's either an apartment (in a student house), a studio or a room. it can be shared with other residents as long as they're female. I don't smoke and I don't own any pets.
