I'm looking for a place to live with my wife for a year or more. I dont have an income but i have a guarantor from Germany. Additionaly, with my demonstrable personal savings i can pay up to one year's rent in one go.

I currently live and work in Amsterdam and am looking to move to Rotterdam around November/December 2026 before starting my MBA at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in January 2027. I am a quiet, responsible and tidy tenant. As is common in Japan, I always take my shoes off at home and keep my living space clean and well maintained. I am looking for a studio or small apartment within convenient commuting distance of Erasmus University. Registration at the address is essential.
