Wij zijn Wouter (32) en Arlene (30). Na 1,5 jaar reizen door Azië en Afrika zijn we weer op zoek naar een fijn plekje in Nederland om het gewone leven op te pakken. Wouter werkt als animator, Arlene als social worker. We zijn een rustig en netjes stel dat verantwoordelijk met een plek omgaat. In onze vrije tijd zijn we graag buiten te vinden.

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 27K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. Even though I work through an agency, my position is firm and I am at the phase B of the contract which also adds additional financial security. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation, light yoga and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord and community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 32 years old. My country of origin is Lithuania, EU. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that, briefly speaking, I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully private space is a goal of mine and it would be a great improvement to my current housing conditions.

Wij zijn een jong koppel (vrouw en man, beide 18) en gemotiveerde studenten in onze eindexamenjaar VWO. Wij zijn geïnteresseerd in het studeren aan de TU/e en zijn op zoek naar een tweepersoonsverblijf. Wij waarderen stilte, rust en houden de boel schoon! X (vrouw) wil graag biomedische technologie gaan studeren en G (man) werktuigbouwkunde.
