After a 6-month gap spent in France working and learning a new language, I am starting a master’s in engineering at TU Delft this September. I am looking for a room in a student residence, as I believe it would represent the perfect environment to live this experience. I have always shared living spaces and I’m used to communicating with my roommates to help keep a comfortable and friendly space for everybody. I lived in a double room during the 3 years of my bachelor, in a student residence during my Erasmus and in a shared apartment during my last experience abroad. I'm an MSC Student of Food Engineering at Politecnico di Milano (Italy), and I'm about to spend six months for an Erasmus Exchange Program at Wageningen University & Research institute. I'll start the program on next mid August, just to take part also to the Introductory Days for incoming students, and I'll finish by the end of January. I'm looking for an accomodation to stay during these 6 months and I do not need anything fancy or particular. My basic requirement is a room furnished with a mattress and a desk to study, which are the only things that I'm not able to carry with me from Italy. In general, I'm looking for a room characterized as follows: well kept and clean place, room as silent as possible to let me focus better while studying, university easily reachable by bike or by public transport, and not too many roommates (but I can relax on this last one). I also like social life, but I generally give more importance to my studies. I enjoy socializing with roommates, such as through talking about the culture in different countries, playing cardgames or videogames together, or cooking. Yet, when it comes to going outside too often (and coming back late), hosting unknown friends or having parties at home, this just stresses me a lot, especially next to the exam sessions. Hence, I try to keep a reasonable balance between studying and socializing.

Hoi, mijn naam is Noortje, ik ben 19 jaar en word begin september 20. Dan begin ik ook met de studie diergeneeskunde in Utrecht. Ik kom uit een dorpje naast de stad Groningen en zodoende ben ik dan ook op zoek naar een kamer ergens in de buurt van Utrecht. Ik ben zelf rustig, netjes, verantwoordelijk en georganiseerd. In principe ben ik iemand waar je weinig last van hebt, ik ben ook absoluut geen feestbeest en ik drink en rook niet. Ik speel wel harp in mijn vrije tijd, het liefst neem ik mijn harp ook mee als ik verhuis, mits dat mogelijk is natuurlijk. Verder doe ik aan krachttraining en werk ik op een boerderij, waar ik koeien melk. Dat contract is pas verlengd, daarom zal ik in ieder geval tot en met het einde van dit jaar ’s weekends terug naar Groningen gaan om te werken.

Momenteel ben ik op zoek naar een woonplek in de omgeving van den Bosch, Tilburg, Eindhoven en hier in de buurt. Recent ben ik afgestudeerd aan de TU Delft met m'n master architectuur. Voor een baan wil in nu richting Den Bosch verhuizen, en waardeer iedere mogelijkheid voor een bezichtiging!
