Hello :-) I'm from Poland, but I lived in the UK for two years. Now, I'm in Groningen, studying physics and math at RUG. It's my second year. People tell me I'm pretty chill and super organized. I really love art and music. Drawing is something I find easy, and I play the piano. Oh, and origami! I've gotten really good at it :-) But, what I want to do in the future is science. I love talking about all sorts of things and hearing what other people think. And I've done a lot of volunteering, which has been really cool. I'm pretty independent, and I get really excited about things that interest me. But I always try to be respectful of what other people think. And if there's a science project, I'm usually in! Helping people comes naturally to me, but I try not to be bossy about it. Right now I'm looking for a room for my third year of studies, or maybe even longer! Pola :-)

Hey! I'm 25 years old and currently in my final year of Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam. The next year will be my first year in Amsterdam, until now I could only study remotely due to an ongoing battle with cancer. I couldn't be more excited to be finally healthy and ready to follow my dreams and move to the Netherlands. I’m a fairly introverted person who enjoys his peace and privacy, but I also really value meaningful conversations and spending time with other people when it feels right. In my free time, I enjoy reading, swimming, biking, and watching some tennis or ice hockey. My biggest passion, though, is travelling and discovering new places, cultures, and cuisines. I’m responsible, quiet, and respectful, I don’t smoke or drink, and really the only challenge you might face with me is my occasional questionable cooking attempts.

Dat was vast wel positief bedoeld toch? 😂 Hallo, Mijn naam is Naomie en ik ben 24 jaar oud. Ik ben heel gepassioneerd over onderwijs, mensen rechten, kunst en beta vakken en heb mijn studiekeuzes hiernaar afgestemd. Ik krijg heel vaak te horen van mensen dat ik introverted kan overkomen (een echte type A persoon 😅), maar ik zou mezelf omschrijven als een ambivert. Ik begin mijn studie aan de TU delft Civiele Techniek in september, en hoop daarbij de komende 5 jaar in delft te kunnen wonen (hopelijk wat langer zelfs) Als ik aan mijn toekomst denk, dan zie ik mezelf in een technische carrière wat te maken heeft met woonbouw. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik ervan om met mijn vrienden af te spreken, nieuwe talen te leren (een recente hobby) en veel te lezen. Je zal me vaak vinden in de bibliotheek of in mijn kamer, werkend aan mijn studie. Als een huisgenoot kan je van mij een respectvolle en verantwoordelijk manier van communicatie verwachten. Ik ben zelf heel erg georganiseerd en schoon. Als het om samenleven gaat, ben ik super verantwoordelijk en netjes. Je hoeft je geen zorgen te maken over een rommelige gemeenschappelijke ruimte of de vuile vaat die zich opstapelt. Bovendien ben ik altijd in voor een goede sfeer en het creëren van een positieve leefomgeving. We zijn tenslotte grotendeels allemaal studenten, en een vieze woonruimte is geen manier om te leven als je ook nog eens diep in projecten en huiswerk zit. Nog een paar basic interest om een beter beeld van mezelf te kunnen schetsen: Favoriete boek: - Babel, auteur R.F Kuang. Ik ben Menno, 17 (in mei 18) jaar en ga aankomend schooljaar beginnen aan de studie mechanical engineering aan de TU. Ik kom uit Urk en hoop voor de komende studentenjaren in Enschede te kunnen doorbrengen. Ik ben een sociale en actieve gast die niet graag de hele avond alleen op zijn kamer zit. Daar horen natuurlijk ook een aantal hobby's bij. Ik hou van muziek maken en doe dit als slagwerker bij Showband Urk, waar we ook van gezelligheid houden. Ook ben ik bezig met audio- en videotechniek. Dit doe ik als geluidsman voor een kerk, maar ook bij feestjes kan je me vinden om de techniek te regelen. Ook kan een stukje sport niet ontbreken. Ik doe de laatste tijd aan hardlopen maar diverse sporten vind ik leuk om te doen.
