I recently relocated from Ireland to Eindhoven for my full-time position at ASML in Veldhoven. I am looking for a comfortable and stable long-term home in Eindhoven, Veldhoven or nearby. I would be the only tenant and I do not have any pets. Ideally, I am looking for a 1-bedroom apartment or a good studio, preferably furnished or semi-furnished, with BRP registration possible. My preferred budget is around €1,300–€1,500 per month, but I can consider up to around €1,650–€1,700 if the property is furnished and most service or utility costs are included. I am a quiet, responsible and tidy person. I value a clean and peaceful living environment and would take good care of the property. I would ideally like to move in by late October, but I can be flexible for a good option. A balcony, terrace, small garden, bicycle storage or parking would be a nice bonus, but none of these are essential. I am open to different types of properties as long as they are suitable for long-term living and reasonably located for commuting to ASML.

Ik heb net mijn studie in Londen afgerond en kijk er erg naar uit om aan mijn eerste "echte" baan te beginnen.
