Hi! 😊 My name is Arianna, I’m an Italian medical student at the University of Pavia and I’m coming to Leiden for an Erasmus+ clinical traineeship at Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). I’ll be working at LUMC from the end of September/beginning of October until the beginning of December, so I’m looking for a room, studio or small apartment in Leiden for approximately 2–2.5 months. Ideally, I’d love to live somewhere relatively close to LUMC or Leiden Central Station, either within walking/cycling distance or with an easy connection. A little about me: I’m friendly, sociable and easy-going, but also respectful of other people’s space and routines. Since I’ll be spending most weekdays at the hospital, I’m looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to come home to. I’m clean and tidy and I’m used to taking care of the place where I live. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around €2400 monthly and €29k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation.
