I've lived in Amsterdam for three years. I'm looking for a studio or one-bedroom flat, ideally in Amsterdam or Amstelveen, and I need to be able to register at the address with the gemeente. On the practical side: my mother acts as guarantor and her income is well over four times the rent. I can provide her contract, payslips and ID, along with my own KvK registration and bank statements. I can pay several months of rent upfront on signing if that helps. I don't smoke, I have no pets, and I don't throw parties. I train five or six days a week and my evenings are usually the gym and work. I look after a place properly and I pay on time. I'm available immediately and flexible on viewings, including evenings and weekends at short notice.
