About me: I'm a very social, calm and positive person and love to meet new people. When I'm not studying, I like to swim, dance and hang out with friends. I also love traveling whenever I get the chance. I'm no Dutch expert, but I can get by in other languages, like English, Spanish and Polish. I value a quiet, well-maintained living environment and treat a home with care and respect. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, reading, cooking, and spending time with friends. I live independently, do not host parties, and respect non-smoking indoor policies and do not smoke inside the property. Cleanliness, reliability, and clear communication are important to me, and I always meet financial obligations on time. I am looking for a longer-term rental where I can live comfortably and focus on work.

I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. If you have any doubts, I can explain the full work situation in detail. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation, light yoga and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 32 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing.
