I am tidy, organised, and respectful of shared spaces, and I will not be bringing many belongings with me. I prefer furnished apartments or studios, but I am also open to sharing. As an international student, it is important that I am able to register at the address with the Leiden municipality (for my BSN). I am looking for long-term accommodation with a budget of up to €850 per month (utilities included). I can provide proof of financial stability, including a bank statement and a guarantor if required. I will also be able to provide my university admission letter once it is received. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad. I take off my shoes when entering the home and always keep the place clean and well-maintained. I will arrive in the Netherlands on July 17, but I am able to start paying rent immediately if needed.
