Mijn bruto maandsalaris zal ongeveer €3.200 bedragen en ik ben op zoek naar een woning voor de lange termijn, bij voorkeur voor minimaal twee jaar. Ik ben een rustige, nette en verantwoordelijke niet-roker en ik heb geen huisdieren. Ik ga zorgvuldig met mijn woonruimte om en ben op zoek naar een fijne en stabiele plek om tijdens mijn PhD-onderzoek te wonen. Momenteel verblijf ik nog in het buitenland, maar dit vormt geen probleem voor een bezichtiging: een collega die al in Delft woont, kan de bezichtiging namens mij bijwonen. Ik kan uiteraard mijn arbeidsovereenkomst, bewijs van inkomen en andere benodigde documenten aanleveren indien gewenst.
