Our Property is located in the center of Eindhoven, 3-5 minutes walk from the train/bus station. It is surrounded with different kinds of Restaurants, Fast Food Chains, Supermarkets, Banks, Business Establishments (Philips, ASML, etc) and also Schools (TU, Fontys, Design Academy, etc.... you name it and you will have it all!

Hoi, Ik ben Myrthe,19 jaar, woon in het mooie Heukelum en ben net geslaagd voor mijn vwo eindexamen. My income is backed by DUO financing, and my parents are able to support the deposit if needed. If it helps with the paperwork, I can sign the contract through my own sole proprietorship.
