Mijn naam is Susannah, ik ben 28 jaar en ik woon momenteel in Rotterdam met mijn 2 katten. Omdat mijn onderbuurman binnen nu en 6 maanden gaat verhuizen en blijkbaar niet het pand gaat overkopen, wil de huurbaas een grote renovatie doen. Hij heeft gevraagd om alvast iets anders te zoeken. Ik ben een rustig persoon en een echte huismus. Ik zoek een appartement of studio van +30m2 of een kamer met prive toilet/douche🙏 Momenteel werk ik in een boekenwinkel, 4 dagen per week. Ondanks dat ik net niet 3x de kale huur bruto verdien, weet ik dat ik het kan betalen. Ik ben heel zuinig opgevoed en ik ben erg goed met geld.

Als bewoner ben ik zeer zelfstandig, rustig en gesteld op privacy. Ik leid een rustig leven, ben overdag bezig met mijn dagelijkse verplichtingen en besteed mijn vrije tijd hoofdzakelijk online op mijn eigen kamer. Ik neem geen deel aan een actief verenigings- of studentenleven en zoek dan ook een woonruimte waar bewoners zelfstandig en onafhankelijk van elkaar leven.

Hello! My name is Marta, I am 22 years old and I come from Barcelona, Spain. This August I will be move to Zwolle to start a Master’s degree. I recently completed my Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Design, and moving to the Netherlands is a very exciting step for me, both personally and professionally. I am looking forward to discovering a new culture, meeting new people and making Zwolle my home during the next two years. I would describe myself as a friendly, respectful and easy-going person. I enjoy spending time with others, having conversations, cooking together from time to time and creating a comfortable atmosphere at home.
