Mijn naam is Julia en ik zoek een kamer of studio in Groningen, omdat ik na de vakantie weer verder ga met de studie Social Work. Ik ben erg sociaal maar tegelijkertijd vind ik het heerlijk om mij terug te trekken en op mezelf te zijn en zoek een rustig huis. Hoi! Ik ben Sacha en ik ben op zoek naar een leuke studio of appartement in Amsterdam of ergens anders in de Randstad :) Op dit moment woon ik in Groningen, waar ik Voeding en Diëtetiek studeer. Vanaf januari 2027 ga ik stage lopen bij Ekomenu in Amsterdam, dus het lijkt me leuk om voor die tijd een nieuw plekje te vinden! Ik woon al sinds mijn 19e op mezelf en dat bevalt me heel goed. Ik ben netjes, opgeruimd en verantwoordelijk en vind het belangrijk om netjes met mijn appartement om te gaan. Verder ben ik sociaal en gezellig, maar vind ik het ook heerlijk om af en toe mijn eigen ding te doen. In mijn vrije tijd houd ik van lezen, ballet, reizen, koken en leuke dingen doen met vrienden. Ik vind het leuk om nieuwe plekken te ontdekken en kijk ernaar uit om Amsterdam en de omgeving beter te leren kennen! Ik ontvang een stagevergoeding en ik word daarnaast financieel ondersteund door mijn ouders, die ook garant kunnen staan voor de huur. De huur betalen is voor mij dus geen probleem. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad.
