I am starting my Bachelor degree at Leiden university this September for psychology, so I am looking for a place to stay during my studies. As I am coming from Canada, anywhere that I can stay for at least one year is suitable for me. I am easygoing and social, but enjoy peace and quiet so I can focus on my studies and artistic passions. I will have a steady and reliable income as a student from jobs, loans and family, and my guarantor living abroad — and I am willing to pay additional deposits or extended rent. I have friends and family in the Netherlands as well, who are very gracious and willing to help if necessary, such as attending viewings for me.

I am Line (21 years old), and I am from Germany. This September, I will start a Master's in Neuropsychology at Utrecht University, which is why I am looking for a place for a duration of one year. I speak English and German at a native level and Dutch semi-fluently, as I have worked in a Dutch-speaking job (elderly care) before and lived in Leiden for the last three years to complete my Bachelor's studies. I enjoy reading, going to the cinema, baking, and running and would always choose a night in over a party night out. Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Lulu, 32 jaar en woon sinds 2015 in Amsterdam. Een aantal jaar geleden ben ik mijn huis uit gemoeten omdat het niet meer fijn was en ben sindsdien nog niet een fijn huis tegengekomen. Ik zit daarom tussen twee huizen in en per 1 september weer op zoek naar een woning. 🙂 Iets over mij: Ik heb een wat lastigere tijd achter de rug en heb daardoor niet gewerkt maar ben nu weer aan het opbouwen. Ik ben op dit moment op zoek naar werk, werk daarnaast nu 1 dag in een yogastudio en ben zelf nog mijn creatieve uitlaat aan het uitzoeken. Ik heb hiervoor als dramaturg gewerkt (begeleiden van scripts en toneelstukken) en wil ergens weer in die wereld komen maar nog even aan het zoeken hoe en waar. Voor nu staat een simpele maar inspirerende baan op het menu. Daarnaast doe ik veel aan zwemmen, yoga en sowieso in de natuur zijn. Ik vind het leuk om te koken (als ik tijd heb) en ben verder erg netjes. Ik geef veel om mijn eigen ruimte maar vind het ook leuk om samen een keer iets te drinken/ eten of tv te kijken. Benieuwd naar het huis en hoop een keertje langs te mogen komen. Hi! My name is Marc and I'm 32 years old. I'll be moving to the Delft area in October to start my PhD, and I'm excited to find a nice place to live. I'm easy-going, tidy and considerate, and I enjoy both hanging out with housemates and having some quiet time. Outside of work, I love going climbing. Here in Germany, I'm a member of the German Alpine Club (DAV), and I used to teach children at my local climbing gym. I'm also learning to play the guitar, although I'm still a beginner. In the evenings, I enjoy playing board games or simply relaxing.
