Hoi! Ik ben Diyar, laatstejaars geneeskundestudent aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Op dit moment woon ik in Enschede, waar ik al langere tijd zelfstandig in een studio woon zonder problemen of klachten. Voor mijn studie en coschappen ben ik op zoek naar een nette kamer of studio. Ik ben rustig, serieus en verantwoordelijk. Ik houd mijn woonruimte schoon, betaal op tijd en respecteer de rust van huisgenoten en buren. In mijn vrije tijd lees en sport ik graag, spreek ik af met vrienden en ben ik vaak bezig met mijn studie. Ik zoek een fijne, rustige woonplek waar ik mij goed kan concentreren op de laatste fase van mijn opleiding. Een zelfstandige studio of een nette kamer met goede voorzieningen zijn beide welkom.
