, I’m 20 years old and originally from Czech Republic. I moved to the Netherlands about a year ago, and before that I have moved places in Czech Republic. I grew up with a sibling, so I know what it is like to share space with other people, and I have also went on exchanges, where I had to get used to being with different cultures. I moved to Netherlands to study psychology at the University of Amsterdam. I will be going into the second year, and my student housing is ending so that’s why I’m looking for a new one. So a little about me: I’m a non-smoker, I love meeting new people, and I’m a social butterfly. I’m respectful in shared places, personal privacy is an important element for me, but I would also love to spend time with my roommates and enjoy movie nights or such. I’m well aware and comfortable with housework, cooking and always keeping things tidy ( I don’t enjoy a messy apartment). I always welcome having open conversations, and I think the most important thing to have in a shared space is a good relationship with your roommates. I have a deep passion for reading (especially contemporary romance), aswell as dancing and coloring. I also enjoy spending time with my close friends and exploring new places that could become our favorite. I’m a very positivity oriented person, so I prefer to look at the good things in life My planned stay is for a year, atleast, if it would be possible.

Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Een schoon en opgeruimd huis vind ik erg belangrijk. Ik ben dan ook gewend om netjes met spullen om te gaan en pas me moeiteloos aan aan een schoonmaakrooster of gezamenlijke huisregels.Ik hoop dat dit verhaal u aanspreekt en ik maak graag kennis met u tijdens een bezichtiging.
