I'd describe myself as quiet, clean, responsible and easy-going, and I'm always considerate of both the apartment and the neighbours. Outside of my studies I enjoy exploring new places and restaurants, cooking, and going to the gym. On the practical side: my parents fully support me and will act as guarantors, and I'm happy to provide a signed rental guarantee, so rent and deposit are well covered.
