Hey toekomstige huisgenoten/verhuurder, Ik ben een derdejaars bachelorstudent (22) en ik zoek een plek in de regio Haaglanden, bij voorkeur in Den Haag of Leiden. Momenteel woon ik in een antikraakpand in Den Haag waar de sloopplannen binnenkort plaatsvinden. Daarom ben ik dringend op zoek naar een nieuwe woonplek! Een beetje over mezelf: ik kom uit Bergen op Zoom, ik hou van reizen en kunst. Een van de redenen dat ik graag in de regio Haaglanden wil blijven, is vanwege de aanwezige kunstcultuur hier. Ik heb gereisd binnen de EU, maar ook daarbuiten (Canada, Kenia). Ik ben een nette huisgenoot, ik hou van een schoon huis en woon momenteel met acht anderen (sommigen doen weinig en ik heb een hekel aan een vieze keuken :( ). Ik ben zeker niet meer in mijn feestperiode en ik zou graag huisgenoten hebben die werken of studeren zoals ik. Momenteel studeer ik, maar in mijn vierde jaar ben ik van plan veel te werken naast mijn studie. Ik hoop dat jullie mij overwegen en alvast bedankt!

Dear Sir or Madam, I am a Dutch national who has recently from the UK, where I have been living and working for several years. I have recently started a fixed-term position at ESA/ESTEC in Noordwijk, with a gross annual salary of €52.000 (€4.333 per month), and I am looking for housing to cover the duration of my contract, which runs until mid-February 2027. In the first instance I am looking for a rental that covers this period, as that is the commitment I can guarantee at this stage. That said, I am fully relocating back to the Netherlands with the intention of settling here permanently.
