I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I have a stable financial situation supported by personal savings, current seasonal employment, and substantial financial support from my parents. During my studies at TU Delft, I also plan to work part-time, which will provide additional income and ensure that I can reliably meet my rental obligations. Over the past few years I have lived abroad in both Denmark and Turkey, where I rented apartments and always maintained good relationships with landlords and housemates. I have always paid rent on time, taken care of the property and left everything in good condition. I did my Bachelors in the South of Germany, plus a semester abroad in South Korea. I have lived alone, in a flat with roommates and in a shared dorm room, so I am pretty uncomplicated. But I would prefer to live with cool, sociable flatmates!
