Ik ben een afgestudeerd econometrist, 39, single zonder huisdieren. Vegetariër en niet-roker. De afgelopen jaren heb ik gewerkt als maaltijdbezorger, omdat ik flexibele uren belangrijk vond, maar nu zoek ik toch iets in mijn eigen vakgebied. Hoewel ik over voldoende middelen beschik, wil ik deze reserveren voor de koop van een huis in de toekomst. Vandaar dat ik een kamer huur en geen studio of appartement. Mijn hospita wil echter het gehele huis (waar ik nu een kamer huur) in één keer gaan verhuren. Dat betekent dat ik snel een andere kamer moet vinden. Kunnen inschrijven bij de gemeente is voor mij wel een vereiste.

Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik zoek een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei
