Hoi! Ik ben 22 jaar en kom uit Amersfoort. Momenteel zit ik in mijn afstudeerjaar van de opleiding Social Work. Naast mijn studie werk ik in een bakkerij en restaurant. Vanaf september ga ik aan de slag in de forensische zorg, waar ik ontzettend veel zin in heb! In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag bezig met dansen, koken en bakken. Ik vind het gezellig om met vriendinnen af te spreken, samen lekker te eten en ondertussen een muziekje op te zetten. Ik ben sociaal, spontaan en sta zeker open voor leuk contact met huisgenoten. Samen koken, een drankje doen of gezellig bijkletsen vind ik dan ook erg leuk. Tegelijkertijd vind ik het ook fijn om af en toe een rustige avond te hebben. Een avondje op de bank met een goede film of serie kan ik daarom ook zeker waarderen.

Hoi! Ik ben Daniel (27), oorspronkelijk uit Duitsland, en vanaf oktober begin ik als fulltime onderzoeksmedewerker aan de TU Delft, waar ik onderzoek doe binnen de sociologie van klimaatfinanciering. Mijn contract is voor één jaar, maar het kan uitgroeien tot een promotietraject. Voor nu kijk ik vooral of een carrière in de wetenschap bij mij past. Ik heb net mijn studie in Londen afgerond en kijk er erg naar uit om aan mijn eerste "echte" baan te beginnen. Een kleine waarschuwing: ik spreek nog geen Nederlands (alleen Duits, Engels en een beetje Spaans), maar ik ben zeker van plan om het te leren. Ik ben een ontspannen en gezellige huisgenoot, kook graag (meestal vegetarisch) en ben makkelijk om mee samen te wonen. Ik woon al jaren in gedeelde huizen en vind dat nog steeds erg leuk. Of het huis nu heel sociaal is of juist wat rustiger, allebei is prima – zolang we niet alleen als vreemden langs elkaar heen leven. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag, vooral rugby, ben ik graag buiten, speel ik piano en drink ik af en toe graag een biertje of iets anders gezelligs. Samen eten lijkt me ook leuk. I’ve just finished my studies in London, and I’m really excited to begin my first “real” job. A small heads-up: I don’t speak Dutch yet (only German, English and Spanish-ish), but learning it is the plan. I’m easygoing, love to cook (mostly veggie) and generally uncomplicated to live with. I’ve lived in shared flats for many years and genuinely enjoy it. Whether the flat is more social or more on the quiet side, I’m happy with both - as long as we are not just co-existing as strangers. In my free time, I like doing sports, especially rugby, being outdoors, playing the piano, and grabbing the occasional cold drink. Shared meals are definitely an option as well.
