Hi! I’m a 1st year university student who just has been living in The Netherlands for more than 8 months now. I’m tidy, respectful, and mostly focused on school right now. I’m looking for a quiet and comfortable room or studio where I can study and relax. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and I’m generally easygoing and responsible. Looking for a long term accommodation preferably not far away from THUAS or with good transportation links.

Mijn naam is Anouk, en drie jaar geleden heb ik in Zeist mijn HAVO afgerond. Nu doe ik een BBL opleiding kok. Ik werk 4 dagen in de week en een dag ga ik naar mijn school: ROC Horeca en Toerisme College in Nieuwegein. Door mijn werktijden heb je niet veel last van mij, maar als we een keertje gezellig een avondje gaan eten, wil ik met alle liefde en plezier koken ;) Ik ben nu bezig met het halen van een motor rijbewijs, dus je hoeft je ook geen zorgen te maken over evt. weinig plek bij de voordeur. Van mezelf ben ik een rustig en schoon persoon.

Hey! Ik ben Adrie, 24 jaar en oorspronkelijk uit Oss. Binnenkort start ik als young professional bij Schiphol, en daarvoor ben ik op zoek naar een fijne tijdelijke plek in (de buurt van) Amsterdam. Ik heb Luchtvaarttechniek gestudeerd in Delft en mijn master in Oostenrijk gedaan. Naast mijn studie ben ik actief als vrijwilliger bij de scouting, waar ik met veel plezier leiding geef aan een groep enthousiaste (en soms lekker drukke) kinderen. Ook speel ik al jaren saxofoon en ben ik een groot liefhebber van muziek. Daarnaast probeer ik, als ik nog tijd over heb, drie keer in de week hard te lopen. Als persoon ben ik sociaal, positief en makkelijk in de omgang. Ik hou van reizen (zo ben ik in Amerika en Korea geweest), maar kan ook genieten van een rustige avond op de bank of even bellen met mijn vriendin in Oostenrijk. Omdat ik binnenkort begin met werken, wil ik eerst een paar maanden in Amsterdam wonen om rustig te settelen en alles goed uit te zoeken voordat ik iets voor de langere termijn ga huren. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een tijdelijke kamer tot en met augustus. Ik ben flexibel wat betreft grootte en indeling. Een fijne, nette plek is voor mij het belangrijkst. Ik ben een enthousiaste en nette huurder die respectvol met de woning en huisgenoten omgaat. Hopelijk tot snel!

I'm an active person who enjoys climbing more than I like to walk. Working fulltime in the indoor climbing industry, therefore I'm looking for a place for a long term stay. I'm from the Netherlands but I've lived across borders multiple times, too. Most recently I've been living in The Hague with mixed and international roommates for six years. What's most important to me in being roommates is good communication and a friendly and respectful atmosphere. I've also lived across borders a few times for internships, so I'm also fine in an English-speaking environment.

In mijn vrije tijd kook ik graag, sport ik regelmatig en reis ik naar plekken met een rijke eet- en cultuurtraditie. Ik ben rustig, netjes en hecht veel waarde aan een stabiele woonomgeving. Goedendag, Ik ben deeltijd PhD-student aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, bij de faculteit filosofie. Ik heb een dubbele nationaliteit, Duits en Zuid-Afrikaans, en woon al ongeveer twee jaar in Gouda (Zuid-Holland). Daarvoor heb ik in Brussel (ongeveer 7 jaar) en in Berlijn (ongeveer 1,5 jaar) gestudeerd en gewerkt. Gouda bevalt me goed, het was perfect om mijn proefschrift te schrijven, maar de verhuurder verkoopt het huis en ik moet dus vóór augustus van dit jaar verhuizen. I like to have meaningful conversations, and enjoy the occasional social event. Overall, however, I prefer a quieter peaceful environment. Currently I’m working on ‘The End of History’ hypothesis, and the ‘Dialectic of Enlightenment’. Would be happy to send a link to a book I published. Please feel free to ask any questions. Hey! I am Stella Mäkinen, a 20 year-old from Finland, and I am looking to start my psychology bachelor’s studies at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. I graduated with an IB(International Baccalaureate)-degree last year. Currently I can only speak English, Finnish and Swedish, with some understanding of French; however I will try my best to learn Dutch. I am looking for a flat or room where I would be able to study, as well as engage in my hobbies like drawing or playing the electric keyboard (with headphones, so it makes no sound). I keep my room and common areas tidy, and am not going to hold any big parties I can keep to myself, or spend time together going on walks, cooking, or just chatting about anything really. I like the outdoors, so I would probably be found outside a lot anyway. I do not have a pet, but would be okay with one. Im an avid amatour photographer and shoot both in digital and on film. As I am a computer nerd by nature I prefer spending the time at home tinkering with my computers and doing online activities. Next to that I like to spend the evenings watching films or series or reading a good book. When it comes to my home Im very protective of it and I have the need to keep everything in order. While not a party type of any sort I do understand the value of inviting people to the home for some fun but generally I prefer meeting people out on the town so during weekends I might prefer to spend the whole day in one of Europes big cities for some fun.
