Hi dear, Good day. My name is Franc, I am 29 years old, and I am interested in moving in Utrecht. I have been living, studying and now working in the Netherlands for the last five years and I currently rent a place in Rotterdam with my brother. I work in Finance as a Credit Analyst for an American International company based in Utrecht and Deventer, called AJC International for the last 2 years, where I have built a stable career and expecting a promotion by the end of 2026. My gross monthly income is about €4,200 (approximately €3,350 net + bonuses). In addition to my monthly income, I have approximately €7,000 in personal savings and a family member (brother) as a guarantor if needed. My motivation for moving to Utrecht is primarily work-related as my company's offices are located close to Utrecht, and as requested from my employer, living nearby would allow me to work more days at the office rather than fully remote. Outside of work, I enjoy doing sports, cooking, spending time with my family and maintaing a healthy lifestyle. I do not smoke, I do not drink alcohol, I have no pets, and I like having my space clean and tide in order to be organized for my job. Finally, I always treat the property neatly, with care and always respecting neighbours and quite hours. My preference is to move as soon as possible. I am a 54 year old professional relocating to The Hague to take up a senior position with the International Baccalaureate. I have an indefinite employment contract and am looking for a comfortable, quiet place to live within cycling distance of the IB Global Centre on Burgemeester Patijnlaan. I am friendly, independent, tidy and respectful of other people's space. I am a non smoker and would prefer to live with another non smoker. I am also very happy to share a home with pets. During September I will be working from the office full time, so I will mainly be home in the evenings to relax and sleep. After that I will work hybrid, usually three days in the office and two days from home. Approximately every other week I will travel to my home in Spain from Wednesday until Monday, so I will regularly be away for several days. I also travel a great deal for work. I am open to either a room in a shared home or a suitable independent property, furnished or unfurnished, and to both short term and long term arrangements. I am looking to move in around 31 August or 1 September. My priorities are reliable WiFi, a washing machine, a quiet environment suitable for occasional home working, and reasonable cycling distance to the IB Global Centre. I can pay the first month's rent and one month's deposit at the start of the tenancy. I am looking for somewhere that feels like a pleasant, respectful home rather than simply a place to sleep, and would be very happy to live with someone who values an easy going, considerate household.

My name is Andreas, :)) 23, from southern Germany. In September I'm moving to The Hague to start a one-year master's in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University, and I'm looking for a room I can settle into for the whole duration of my studies, not just somewhere to sleep between lectures. I'm quiet and easy to live with, but sociable too, I genuinely enjoy cooking, a shared meal or a beer in the evening, and I can just as happily have a calm night in.
